Recently, Jiangsu Xingran Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xingran Technology) successfully obtained certification as a high-tech enterprise and received the “High-Tech Enterprise” certificate jointly issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, and the Jiangsu Provincial Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. The certificate number is GR202332001706, officially marking its entry into the ranks of high-tech enterprises.

The recognition of high-tech enterprises is a comprehensive assessment and certification of Xingran Technology’s core independent intellectual property rights, its capability to commercialize scientific and technological achievements, its organizational and management level in research and development, growth indicators, and talent structure. This process involves multiple rounds of rigorous screening and thorough review. The fact that our company has ultimately obtained this recognition signifies that our efforts in R&D and innovation have been acknowledged and endorsed by the relevant national authorities.
Since 2018, Xingran Technology’s core technical team has been dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. Through continuous independent innovation, the company has obtained more than ten intellectual property certifications. The company collaborates with numerous universities, including North China Electric Power University, and has independently developed the entire process—from basic materials and core components to the electrolyzer cell itself—constantly iterating and innovating. Today, its fourth-generation electrolyzer product has already reached the forefront of international technology.

Xingran Technology has achieved full-system, full-model coverage of PEM hydrogen production fuel cells. All key processes and components of its products are independently developed and manufactured in-house, establishing a unique advantage in the systematic and complete integration of core technologies for PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production. The company’s products are widely used in large-scale hydrogen production projects, industrial chemical processing, power energy storage, wind-solar energy storage, high-end laboratories, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, environmental protection, inspection and quarantine, and synthetic diamond production. In the specialized segments of PEM hydrogen production, the company ranks among the top in both market ranking and market share.

In 2023, Xingran Technology achieved a major breakthrough in the R&D of large-scale electrolyzers. Its independently owned 200–300 Nm³/h single-cell electrolyzer has now entered large-scale mass production.
In 2024, Xingran Technology officially signed an agreement to establish a PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment project with a total investment of 500 million yuan in the Wujin National-level Industrial Park in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Of this amount, approximately 200 million yuan will be allocated to fixed asset investments. Currently, the modern, high-standard mass-production facility of Xingran Technology’s Changzhou branch—covering an area of 26,000 square meters—is under vigorous construction. In the near future, this state-of-the-art, 26,000-square-meter facility will become the primary production base for Xingran Technology’s large-scale, single-cell PEM electrolyzers with a capacity of 200 Nm³/h. The plant is expected to achieve an annual output of up to 1,000 units, producing hydrogen at a rate of up to 200,000 Nm³/h, and generating an annual gross output value of as much as 5 billion yuan.
