On March 13, 2024, the PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment project of Xingran Technology was officially signed and established in the Changzhou Wujin National-level Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province. The project is invested in by Jiangsu Xingran Technology Corporation to its Changzhou branch, with a total investment amount of 500 million yuan, of which approximately 200 million yuan will be allocated to fixed assets.

Currently, the modern, high-standard mass-production facility of Xingran Technology’s Changzhou branch—covering an area of 26,000 square meters—is under vigorous construction. In the near future, this state-of-the-art, 26,000-square-meter facility will become the primary production base for Xingran Technology’s 200 Nm³/H large-scale single-cell PEM electrolyzers. The facility is expected to achieve an annual output of up to 1,000 units, with an annual hydrogen production capacity of as much as 200,000 Nm³/H and an annual gross production value reaching as high as 5 billion yuan. Every production line in this modern, high-standard factory has been meticulously designed to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing of high-quality 200 Nm³/H large-scale single-cell PEM electrolyzers.

The factory will be equipped with a modern production and manufacturing system: adopting intelligent and automated production technologies, implementing forward-looking production line layouts, significantly reducing labor costs while greatly enhancing production efficiency.
