On December 31, 2024, Shaanxi Xingran Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Xingran Technology” or the “Company”) completed a strategic financing round totaling nearly 100 million yuan. This round was led by Shaanxi Yingfeng Shicheng Green Energy Industry Investment Fund, with participation from Xi'an Tianhong High-end Equipment Fund and Xixian Jin Kong Yuanquan Fund, among others. Amidst the ongoing capital winter, this financing round has added a bright spot to the hydrogen energy industry, particularly boosting the rapid development of PEM hydrogen production technology.

The 250 Nm³/h PEM electrolyzer is a highly efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly hydrogen production device developed by our company through extensive R&D practice and technological accumulation. It integrates advanced technological achievements—including the high-performance ordered membrane electrode and high-quality 3D flow field for transport—developed independently by Xingran Technology. This device is designed to provide clean energy solutions for large-scale green hydrogen demand in industrial applications and for renewable energy storage. Over the past two years, Xingran Technology has continuously optimized and innovated in areas such as catalysts, membrane electrodes, electrolyzer structural design, assembly techniques, and process systems. These efforts have not only led to significant breakthroughs in reducing technology costs but have also enabled substantial scale-based cost reductions. Currently, the manufacturing cost of the 250 Nm³/h PEM electrolyzer can be 35% to 40% lower than the industry average, with an average selling price of approximately 10,000 yuan per Nm³.

▌In terms of production, the company’s state-of-the-art, high-standard production workshop—located within the Wujin National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Changzhou—has now been put into operation. Covering an area of 26,000 square meters, the workshop is equipped with advanced production equipment and a stringent quality management system. Its flagship product is the 250 standard cubic meter single-cell PEM electrolyzer, which is packaged in modular form using four single cells enclosed in shipping containers as hydrogen-generation units. Each container can produce 1,000 standard cubic meters of hydrogen, and the annual output capacity can reach up to 1 GW. This makes it currently the largest PEM electrolyzer production base in China, fully meeting the market demand for efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly hydrogen production equipment.
